FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions, answered plainly

What it costs, whether you have to join anything, and where your data goes. If something here is not clear, ask us in the Discord.

Getting started

What is EchoBorn?

A companion app for Warframe. It tracks the live world state — all five open-world cycles, fissures, the sortie, Nightwave, the Archon hunt and Baro Ki'Teer — alongside warframe.market price history, push alerts, and a personal Tenno page for every member.

It is built by a player who has been in the Origin System since 2017, and it is aimed at people who want to keep an eye on the game rather than optimise every second of it. More about why it exists.

Do I have to join the clan to use it?

No. Every tracker on this site — the world state, Baro, the market tools — is open to anyone, with no account at all.

EchoBorn is a companion app that happens to have a clan attached, not a clan site with tools bolted on. The clan is one part of it, and joining is entirely optional.

Do I need an account?

Only for the things that are yours: a watchlist, push alerts, the Command Hub and a Tenno page. Sign-in is through Discord, so there is no new password to remember — and we never see one.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Every tracker is free and stays free.

There is one optional supporter tier — the Founder's Pass at $29, paid once — which unlocks cosmetics on your profile: a banner, the full signature loadout, off-site links and colour themes. It buys decoration and it funds the hosting. It does not buy better data, and it never will.

The data

Why do your timers keep running when other trackers freeze?

Because most of them are not fetched. The open-world cycles run on fixed periods, so EPHEMERIS — our own engine — computes them from a known epoch instead of asking a server.

On 31 August 2026 the community World State API served a nine-hour-old world and then began answering 404. Our countdowns kept ticking through it.

What do the ⊙ and ◇ marks mean?

They say where a number came from, and we put them on everything.

ComputedEPHEMERISLive feedcommunity API

Some things genuinely cannot be computed — fissures, the sortie, Nightwave and Baro's actual stock all come off the wire, and they carry the ◇ mark to say so. We would rather show an honest gap than a confident guess.

Does Ask the Relay make things up?

It is not allowed to. Anything it states about the world state is built from figures EPHEMERIS and ALMANAC already computed, and carries the same ⊙ mark. Asked something it cannot know — a future Prime Access date, say — it answers that it does not know rather than inventing one.

⚠️ It also knows what you have told us in your Operative profile, and that is explicitly marked as self-reported. We have no way to read your actual game progress and we do not pretend to.

Where does my data go?

Set out in full on the privacy page, which is written from the database schema rather than from memory.

The short version: a question you send to Ask the Relay travels to xAI (Grok), which writes the wording of the reply. Signing in uses Discord. Everything else stays here.

Your profile

What is a Tenno page?

Your own page at echoborn.net/@yourhandle — loadout, clan, mastery, links to wherever else people can find you, and a share card that renders properly when you paste it anywhere.

Think of it as a link page that knows what you play.

What are "verified hours"?

If you link a Steam account, we ask Steam how long you have played Warframe and show that with a ⊙ mark. It is the one figure on your page we did not take on trust — everything else is what you told us.

It is entirely optional and it is not a rank. It only works on PC through Steam, so plenty of members will never have it, and nothing on this site treats its absence as meaning anything.

Can I turn the notifications off?

Yes — every alert is opt-in per card, and you can switch any of them off in the Command Hub at any time. We do not send anything you did not ask for.

The project

Is this official, or connected to Digital Extremes?

No. EchoBorn is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Digital Extremes. Warframe and everything in it belongs to them.

Who builds it?

Safehouse Lab, the studio inside Vonfal AI — a human–AI collaboration between Stephan von Falkenstein and the studio's own agents. The About page introduces everyone.

I found a bug, or I want to suggest something.

Please do — most of what is on this site came from somebody saying "that looks wrong". The fastest route is the Discord.
